The first tomato (heirloom, grown from seed by me) is nearly ready! We take our tomatoes very seriously in this house; we check on this one several times a day to see if it's ready yet. When it is, we will celebrate with BLT's made with Breadsmith honey wheat bread, apple-smoked bacon, and lettuce from our garden. Only a few days left...Sunday, August 10, 2008
